Terms and conditions :
I understand that I will be billed on a time and materials basis. Labor fee is $99 per hour per tech, plus one way travel. Minimum charge is $99. I further understand that if my unit is not under warranty, I am fully responsible for any labor/parts charges. In addition, I understand that certain products carry a parts-only warranty, and I may be subject to a labor charge. I also understand that not all repairs and issues can be solved in one visit, additional visits may be required as often the initial visit is a diagnostic service.
