Pool Opening Form

What we do at time of opening:

  • Remove and fold cover, remove plugs and gizmos, reinstall return fittings, skimmer baskets and pump basket, install ladders & handrails, and diving board, where applicable, hook up pump, filter and heater and attempt to start heater. We will add opening water care products upon request. A subsequent service call may be necessary if any of your equipment is not functioning properly.

  • We do not vacuum the pool at the opening service. That can be scheduled, at the customers request, after the pool is opened.

  • Our current labor fee is $209 per hour with a minimum charge of one hour. One way of travel is billable, and a fuel charge of $7.50 will be billed as well.

Customer Responsibility Prior to Our Arrival:

  • Leave the gates unlocked, have power to the equipment, bring the water level up to the middle of the skimmer, so we can complete the opening and start your filtration system. Make sure to remove water, debris or leaves from top of pool cover. If you have aggressive dogs, please take measures to keep them from the reaching the techs.

Pool Closing Form

What we do at time of closing:

  • Add closing chemicals, blow out pool lines, cover pool, unhook and winterize pool equipment, remove any equipment as requested, bring back filters to clean and store for the winter if requested, replace any water bags, air pillows, etc. as needed.

  • Our current labor fee is $209 per hour, with a minimum charge of one hour. This includes one way of travel. Temporary fuel charge of $7.50 will be billed as well.

Customer Responsibility Prior to Our Arrival:

  • Leave the gates unlocked, have power available to blow out lines, drain pool water down to below skimmer to save on labor charges, have everything needed for closing the pool near the pool and ready to go (I.E. winter cover, plugs, etc.) If you have aggressive dogs, please take measures to keep them from reaching the techs.
